To educate the IT function about changes within their business and what it meant to their people, we created, designed, researched and wrote the document ‘We Are One’ – which was to celebrate the success of merging together people as well as a recognition of Solution Delivery’s first birthday.  It was delivered as both a pdf and a print document and ‘We Are One’ has remained the internal brand for Solution Delivery.
